Click on a topic for more information: Production Time TOP Please understand there is a difference between production time and shipping time. We offer various custom items that are produced when you order them, and their production times vary from product to product.
The production time refers to how long it takes to create a custom item and also applies to items being created by the many companies we represent. Most customized items are produced within 10 business days, at which time we will ship your order based on your preferred shipping method. If needed, a rush service may be available and will be listed as an option on the product page. Customized orders cannot be cancelled or changed once the order has been placed. Many customized orders will be shipped directly from the vendor and will not be available for gift wrapping. Sales Tax TOP
Sales tax of 8.25% will be applied for all sales within the state of Texas. There is no sales tax charged for any other state. Shipping TOP
Our standard shipping includes FedEx and UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Once your order is produced, it will be shipped based on your preferred shipping method. A tracking number will be emailed to the address provided once your order has shipped. Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We do not ship to post office boxes.
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 24-48 hours. Purchases made on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be processed the next business day. If there are any delays, we will contact you by email.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times. From our online store to most Texas and Southeast states will generally take 3-5 business days. The East Coast, Mid Atlantic, Southwest and Midwest will take 3-7 business days. For earlier delivery, we'll be happy to expedite your shipping for an additional charge. Please contact us for further information.

Return Policy TOP
Of course, we hope you’ll love everything you receive from Plum Crazy; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return the item(s) within 10 days of receipt, and we will gladly provide a refund. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on any personalized, monogrammed, special order items, sale items or items damaged through normal wear and tear. Items must be in resellable condition, unopened, and in original packaging. Restocking and reshipping fees apply accordingly. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You will receive an email notification once your return has been received. All sales are final on sale/clearance items.
In the event that your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours so that we may replace the damaged merchandise.
Returns are easy. Just return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement. To make a return by mail, complete the Return Form attached to the invoice that you received with your merchandise. Simply indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise. Be sure to tear off the top portion of the form and keep it for your records.
